My son has trouble falling asleep at bedtime. So, our solution, is to put the TV on his room on sleep mode and set it for 30 minutes. This usually helps him wind down and he falls asleep shortly after or before the timer goes off. I usually put on Nickelodeon or some other kid channel. But my husband is usually the one to take him to bed and he puts on, get this, ESPN. I think he is trying to ingrain sports into his head, it is pretty funny. And kinda cute. And he seems to like it.
